Airport Body (Slice of Life: Day 27)

There’s no better people watching than at the airport….

Eyes searching, reading signs to find the details.

Eyes wandering, hoping for entertainment.

Eyes angry, revealing impatience.

Mouths smiling gently, warmly catching up.

Mouths eating quickly, a last minute bite.

Mouths calling back, to hurry along.

Hands busy, holding bags and dragging wheels.

Hands together, a closeness and a connection.

Hands digging, through wallets and purse bottoms.

Feet pacing, tired of waiting.

Feet sauntering, killing time and making conversation.

Feet together, lined up as they’re told.
